The Bloomfield Parking Authority (BPA) was established in 2004 by the Township Council of Bloomfield.  The Township Council appointed a Board of Parking Commissioners to set policy for the agency and establish goals for the agency and its future.

On a daily basis, the BPA manages, maintains and enforces all municipal parking, metered and permit, in the Township of Bloomfield.  We strive to improve the parking in Bloomfield so the community will be better served and enhanced by these achievements.

The offices of the BPA are closed for all major holidays which will be set forth in the Announcements section below as necessary. The schedule of holidays for the Bloomfield Parking Authority can be found under the News and Events page.

The Board of Commissioners of the BPA meets the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the BPA offices.  The Schedule of Meetings and can be found under the News and Events page.  Any changes to this schedule can be found under the Announcements section below.
